    Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO)

    The TPLO surgery has become one of the most popular orthopedic surgeries performed on dogs who have torn their cranial cruciate ligament, also commonly referred as a dog’s torn ACL. The tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO) changes the biomechanics of the joint allowing for stability without the presence of an intact ligament. This minimizes swelling and inflammation of the joint and decreases the progression of arthritis

    MINI FRAGMENT PLATES

    Mini-fragment plates are designed to fit with cortex screw. These are available as DCP, round-hole plates, mini L-plates, mini T-plates, or cuttable plates. These plates are used in long-bone fractures, mandibular fractures, or pelvic fractures of toy breed dogs and cats.

    SMALL FRAGMENT PLATES

    The construction of Small Fragment plates offers the surgeon the ability to combine standard inter fragmentary compression with the added stability of fixed angle locking. This construct will protect the compression and lag screws while providing stability across extensive comminution, unstable metaphyseal fractures or in osteopenic bone.

    ORTHOPAEDIC SCREWS FOR VET

    CANCELLOUS SCREW CANCELLOUS

    Cancellous screws tend to have coarser threads, and usually have a smooth, unthreaded portion, which allows it to act as a lag screw

    CANNULATED CANCELLOUS SCREW

    These screws have diminished pull out strength compared to conventional screws, These are used to pass a guide wire through it for perfect placement of the screw
